Kerjo is ideally situated in rural Brittany as a central hub for easy reach of all areas of interest, whether coast, countryside or historic towns such as Vannes, Malestroit or Rennes.

The cottage has 5 bedrooms – 3 doubles (the downstairs one is en-suite), 1 twin and a single room with plenty of linen to be found in the armoire situated in the dining/sun room.

As well as dining accommodation for 12 situated in this room is a second fridge, laundry facilities including a washing machine and an area of outdoor games for children and a set of golf clubs.

A full set of white crockery (8 settings) and cutlery can be found together with a microwave.

Beach towels, picnic baskets, cool boxes and picnic chairs can also be found in this area.

Having the advantage of a lot of natural light when French windows are open, the sun room lends itself to convivial evenings when not sitting on either back or front patio.

The well-equipped lounge seats at least 8 comfortably, and an attractive log fire for winter evenings whilst listening to an eclectic range of music and a large collection of talking books which can be found in the wall cupboards.

As well as guide books and reference books in this room, throughout the cottage you will find a selection of novels and there are games and puzzles to suit all ages.

The fully equipped kitchen complete with a wide selection of French Cook Books allows the adventurous cook free reign.

Access to the back patio via the stable door allows for easy outdoor catering.

In addition to the en-suite facilities, there is a shower room and a bathroom.  These have plenty of towels so you do not need to bring your own.  Facilities are provided for young children, including high chair, cot, baby bath and potty.

Barbecue facilities are supplied and can be found at the back of the garage and a cheminée is on the back patio.  Wood for this is in the garage in small boxes and as logs.

For those who enjoy gardening and for ensuring the grass is kept mowed, there is a petrol lawn mower and full set of gardening implements and a wide selection of old bikes and scooters etc.
